Étienne Miner, born in 1968, is a French designer, editor and teacher, whose work focuses on the relationship between graphic design and interactivity.

He graduated from the National School of Decorative Arts in Paris in 1992 and began his career in the field of CD-ROMculturel. He is the artistic director of several major players in the field: Nofrontier (Austria), Index + (co-founder with Emmanuel Olivier), Hyptique.
